2010 North Park Bird Park Free Summer Concerts in San Diego
Enjoy free summer concerts in San Diego's Bird Park in 2010.
North Park's free summer concert series runs from June 12th - August 7th, 2010 on Saturdays from 5:30pm-7:30pm. Event organizers encourage people to bring blankets, chairs, and a picnic but they also ask that attendees refrain from bringing alcohol, glass, grills or unleashed critters.
Unlike the free concerts in Balboa Park and La Jolla Concerts by the Sea, not many people outside of this neighborhood area even know that these concerts occur or that there is even a park named Bird. At this point, you might be asking, "where the heck is Bird Park?" It is located at 28th & Thorn, on the far east end of Balboa Park.
