FOCAS is a volunteer, non-profit organization formed to help the lost and abandoned dogs and cats in the three San Diego Department of Animals Services shelters. We know, first-hand, what "angels" the FOCAS volunteers are. If you want to find a pet to bring home, or you want to make a donation, you couldn't find a more dedicated group of people.
