ExecuStay's San Diego corporate apartments are surrounded by the miles of beaches, coastal charm and a sophisticated urban landscape - making working and relaxing simple.
The Chula Vista Nature Center is definitely a hidden treasure in
San Diego. While most Chula Vistans revere this special
environmental reserve, most San Diegans are either not aware of it
or have not taken the time to visit this special place.
The Nature Center is one of the remaining salt-marsh
habitats on the west coast. It is a living wetland that
you can walk and explore (for free) or you can enter
the Nature Center building to see amazing aquariums,
Stingrays, shark exhibits, or saunter around
the outdoor native bird exhibits and see the Falcons,
endangered Clapper Rail, Bald Eagles and other beautiful animals.
For kids this is a great adventure. For adults, this is both adventure
and a quiet, protected, unspoiled retreat. The Chula Vista Nature
Center doesn't sell itself enough but some things are best left to be
discovered. It is a great asset to San Diego
The Chula Vista Nature Center is 7 miles from downtown San Diego
and 11 miles from the San Diego-Tijuana border. Exit I-5 to "E" Street
and turn west to the parking lot at the entrance of the secured gate.
